Shipping & Delivery Policy

Door-to-Door Delivery

 Delivery Timeframe: Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.

 Business Days: Business days are Sunday through Thursday. Weekends (Friday and Saturday), national holidays, and holiday eves are not included in delivery estimates.

Tracking & Delays: Once dispatched, a tracking code will be sent to your email. Please note that potential delays caused by third-party shipping couriers or external events are beyond our direct control.

Incorrect Information: Ensure all address details are correct at checkout. Reshipping fees for packages returned due to incorrect details will be the customer's responsibility.

Self-Pickup Option
We offer free local pickup from two designated pickup locations:
 •Ashkelon
 •Rehovot

Pickup Instructions:
Please select the Self-Pickup option at checkout and specify your preferred pickup location. Orders will be ready for pickup within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email or SMS notification as soon as your order is packaged and ready. Please do not arrive prior to receiving this confirmation.
